摘要
职业素养养成对于高职院校学生职业道德、创业创新、可持续发展能力等有着重要意义.通过分析大学生职业素养养成和科研助理研究现状,以校药物研发平台建设为基础,以全面提升职业素养为宗旨,实践探索了具有职业院校特色的"科研助理"团队建设途径.
The cultivation of professional quality is of great significance to vocational college students'professional ethics,entrepreneurship and innovation,and the ability of sustainable development.Through the analysis of college students'professional quality development and research assistant research status.Based on the construction of drug R&D platform,with the purpose of comprehensively improving professional quality.This paper explores the way of team building of"scientific research assistant"with the characteristics of vocational colleges.
