摘要
随着社会经济环境的不断变化,越来越多的人开始重视高等教育,然而高等教育目前正在朝着大众化方向发展,在此过程中相继暴露出了许多的问题,使得高等教育,教育理念、教育功能等积极创新,针对社会对于高等教育的多种需要,大众化教育必须以培养应用型人才为主要的目标,使学生可以更好的适应未来社会发展需要.在课程教学过程中,教学评价始终不够完善,没有形成科学、规范的评价体系,无法通过评价发现教学过程中存在的问题.因此,为了使工程管理专业学生可以得到针对性的提高,必须对课程教学过程进行优化,对评价方式进行积极的改革.
With the continuous change of social and economic environment,more and more people begin to attach importance to higher education.However,higher education is developing towards the direction of popularization.In this process,many problems are exposed one after another,which makes higher education,educational ideas,educational functions and other positive innovations.In view of the various needs of society for higher education,popularization education must be cultivated and applied The main goal is to make students better adapt to the needs of future social development.In the course of teaching,teaching evaluation is not perfect,there is no scientific and standardized evaluation system,and problems in the teaching process can not be found through evaluation.Therefore,in order to improve the engineering management students,we must optimize the teaching process and reform the evaluation methods.
