摘要
原发性三叉神经痛发病机制学说众多,其中以"微血管压迫假说"接受度最高。我们认为三叉神经痛痛在神经冲动在神经根受压部位产生了交互混传和折返激动。治疗靶点应选在神经根出脑干后的远端。
There are many theories about the pathogenesis of primary trigeminal neuralgia,among them,"microvascular compression hypothesis"is the most accepted.We believe that trigeminal neuralgia produces mixed transmission and reentry excitations in the compressed part of nerve root.The treatment target should be at the far end after the nerve root leaves the brainstem.
