摘要
2011年,中国疼痛医学杂志发表了疼痛科成立后第一个"带状疱疹后神经痛诊疗专辑",近10年后的今天,很高兴地看到国内在带状疱疹后神经痛规范化诊疗和转化研究方面已经有了新的亮点。带状疱疹后神经痛一直是全球范围内传统的难治性疼痛性疾病之一,疼痛科医师一定要告诉患者:带状疱疹后神经痛等神经病理性疼痛和高血压、糖尿病等疾病一样属于慢性病,需要长期治疗才能改善或控制症状。本文将综合带状疱疹后神经痛临床现状、国际疼痛学会评价、规范化诊疗程序、疱疹后神经痛转化研究和进展,推荐比较成熟的诊疗方案,特别是关于交感神经治疗的结果供同道们在临床和科研工作中参考。
At the begining of 2011,with our team's efforts,the 1st album of postherpetic neuralgia(PHN)treatment was issued after establishment of department of pain medicine in China and we are glad to see some highlights of standardizing diagnosis,treatment and translational study of intractable PHN for recent 10 years in China.PHN is still a intractable pain disease worldwide at present.The PHN patients should be told that it's a chronic disease needed to deal with a long time as hypertention and diabete.We will give some review of comments from NeuPSIG of IASP,mature standardizing diagnosis,treatment and translational study plan of intractable PHN,in clinic or clinical research,to our colleagues nationalwide,especially on the sympathetic therapy for intractable PHN.
