摘要
近年来,亚临界水作为一种高新技术以它高效快捷、绿色可重复利用等特点逐渐成为人们关注的焦点之一。通过介绍亚临界水的概念及其特性,着重叙述其在生物大分子中的应用,并提出现阶段的技术在生物大分子领域应用中存在问题,针对这些问题做了相关分析并提出相应的措施,对亚临界水相关技术在生物大分子中应用前景进行展望。
Subcritical water had become a focus of attention as a high-tech with its features of high efficiency,quickness and green reusability in recent years.Based on the concept and characteristics of subcritical water,emphatically describe its application in biomacromolecules,and the problems existing in the application of current technologies in the field of biological macromolecules were discussed.In order to solve these problems,corresponding problems were analyzed and corresponding measures were putted forward.The application prospect of subcritical water correlation technology in biological macromolecules was prospected.
