聚丙酰胺凝胶材料在地下工程变形缝渗漏水治理中的应用 被引量:4

摘要 丙烯酰胺类凝胶材料无毒、无腐蚀性、吸湿性强,是处理地下工程渗漏的新型材料。某地铁车站工程使用聚丙酰胺凝胶材料进行变形缝堵漏,施工前研究材料选用、工艺原理、施工流程和重点工序,证明其防水功能的实现是基于凝固后的聚丙烯酰胺凝胶可塞满变形缝并与环氧树脂、钢边橡胶止水带共同发挥作用。与传统材料相比,其耐久性能更加优良。 Acrylamide gel material is a new material for underground waterproof treatment,because it is innoxious,non-corrosive and hygroscopic.Polyacrylamide gel material was used for deformation joint leakage treatment in a subway station project.Material selection,process principle,construction flow and important construction sequence were analyzed before construction.It was found that solidified polyacrylamide gel which could fill up the deformation joint,epoxy and rubber sealing belt with steel ring played a joint waterproof role.Compared with traditional material,poly-propionamide gel material has better durability.
