浅埋暗挖施工横通道临近既有地铁车站深孔注浆加固方案的优化与应用 被引量:7

摘要 在临近既有地铁车站暗挖隧道施工中,大多需对地层进行深孔注浆超前加固,以确保既有地铁车站结构稳定。结合北京地铁3号线东四十条站施工横通道,根据地层情况,在保证深孔注浆超前加固效果的前提下,优化深孔注浆的施工方式、注浆压力、注浆量、配合比等参数,控制施工沉降,确保既有地铁线路的稳定。 In subsurface excavation tunnel construction adjacent to existing subway station,advanced stratum strengthening by deep-hole grouting was often adopted to guarantee the structure stability of existing subway station.Based on the passageway construction of Beijing subway line 3 Dongsi Shitiao station project,deep-hole grouting method,grouting pressure,grouting quantity and mixing proportion were optimized according to stratum conditions and under the precondition of ensuring advanced strengthening effect of deep-hole grouting.The construction settlement was controlled and stable operation of existing subway lines was guaranteed.
