摘要
在临近既有地铁车站暗挖隧道施工中,大多需对地层进行深孔注浆超前加固,以确保既有地铁车站结构稳定。结合北京地铁3号线东四十条站施工横通道,根据地层情况,在保证深孔注浆超前加固效果的前提下,优化深孔注浆的施工方式、注浆压力、注浆量、配合比等参数,控制施工沉降,确保既有地铁线路的稳定。
In subsurface excavation tunnel construction adjacent to existing subway station,advanced stratum strengthening by deep-hole grouting was often adopted to guarantee the structure stability of existing subway station.Based on the passageway construction of Beijing subway line 3 Dongsi Shitiao station project,deep-hole grouting method,grouting pressure,grouting quantity and mixing proportion were optimized according to stratum conditions and under the precondition of ensuring advanced strengthening effect of deep-hole grouting.The construction settlement was controlled and stable operation of existing subway lines was guaranteed.
