摘要
介绍了北京市地方标准DB 11/T 1673—2019《海绵城市建设效果监测与评估规范》的编制背景、编制目的、主导思想和章节设置,梳理了评估指标体系、监测计算和评估方法等主要技术内容,有助于对规范的理解和应用。
In this paper, the compilation background, compilation purpose, compilation leadingthought and chapter setting of Beijing local standard Standard of monitoring and evaluation on Sponge city construction efftct(DB11/T 1673-2019) were introduced. Additionally, the maintechnical contents including evaluation index system, monitoring calculation and evaluationmethod were combed out. This study could contribute to the understanding and application ofthe standard.
