Low Noise Craft Technology of Marine Five-screw Pump

摘要 对现有的某船用五螺杆泵的频谱特征和振动特性进行分析,找出主要振动噪声源。通过改进进口流道面积,并对现有的螺杆加工工艺进行研究和优化改进,通过样机制造和对比试验,进一步验证方法的可行性和预期减振效果。结果表明改进后的型线可采用螺杆磨加工方式进行加工,改进工艺有效;改进后五螺杆泵额定压力点流量在改进前后变化不明显,可保证原有性能;泵机脚振动加速度在10 Hz^1 kHz频率范围内有一定改善,其中轴频及倍频有明显降低。 The frequency spectrum and vibration characteristics of a marine five screw pump are analyzed to find out the main vibration and noise sources.Through improving the area of the inlet passage,researching and optimizing the existing screw processing technology,and through the comparative analysis of prototype manufacturing and test,the feasibility of the method and the expected damping effect are further verified.The results show that the improved profile can be processed by screw grinding,and the improved process is effective.The flow rate at the rated pressure point of the improved five screw pump does not change significantly before and after the improvement,which can ensure the original performance.The vibration acceleration of the pump foot is improved in the frequency range of 10 Hz^1 kHz,in which the shaft frequency and the double frequency are significantly reduced.
