摘要
随着人们饮食条件及生活方式的改善,高尿酸血症(hyperuricemia,HUA)的患病率逐渐升高.高水平血尿酸(serum uric acid,SUA)促进高血压的发生发展.降尿酸治疗对血压的影响也显而易见.近来,高血压患者中尿酸对心血管事件(冠心病、心力衰竭、卒中和心房颤动等)的影响逐渐被证实,已成为目前关注的重点.现就高血压患者中尿酸对心血管事件的影响及治疗作一综述.
With the improvement of people's diet and lifestyle,the incidence of hyperuricemia(SUA)is increasing.As we all know,hyperurcemia promotes the occurrence and development of hypertension.The effect of hypouricemic treatment on blood pressure is also obvious.Recently,the effect of uric acid on cardiovascular events(coronary heart discase,heart failure,stroke and atrial fibrillation so on)in patients with hypertension has been gradually confirmed,which has become the focus of attention.This article reviews the effect of uric acid on cardiovascular events and its treatment in patients with hypertension.
