摘要
团队跨界行为是团队获得外部信息的重要方式,可提升团队创新和竞争力。本文认为环境不确定性感知会影响团队跨界行为的频次,但同时,通过跨界行为获得的资讯在缺乏团队自省的情况下,对团队创新的效用会减弱。本研究对江苏等地多家企业的团队进行了调研,通过实证研究验证了环境不确定性感知、跨界行为和团队创新的效用机制,并指出团队的主观感知与主动的自省对于团队创新具有积极的意义。
Team’s boundary spanning behavior is an important way for a team to obtain external information,which can enhance team innovation and competitiveness.This paper argues that environmental uncertainty will affect the frequency of boundary spanning behavior,but at the same time,the effectiveness of information obtained through cross-border behavior on team innovation will be weakened in the absence of team self-reflexivity.In this study,teams of many enterprises in Jiangsu and other places were investigated.Through empirical research,the effectiveness mechanism of environmental uncertainty,boundary spanning behavior and team innovation was verified.It was pointed out that team subjective perception and active self-reflexivity had positive significance for team innovation.
