整合利用高新技术治理呼和浩特地区大气污染的动力机制及其创新模式研究 被引量:6

摘要 近年来,呼和浩特市在利用科技手段治污方面采取了一系列措施,也取得了一定的成效,但由于产业、能源、运输、用地结构不合理,给呼和浩特市大气环境治理带来了一定难度。随着物联网、云计算、大数据、移动互联网等新兴信息技术的不断发展和深入应用,特别是大数据时代的到来,环境监管和信息化面临着重大的发展机遇和挑战。在分析我国大气污染防治进程和生态科技应用与发展的基础上,回顾了呼和浩特市空气质量管理中科技创新应用的现状与不足,从科技创新应用的动力机制和创新模式上进行研究,提出环保大数据技术解决思路,构建呼和浩特市大气环境大数据综合管理平台,助力打赢蓝天保卫战。 in recent years,Hohhot city has taken,a series of measures in the use of scientific and technological means to control pollution,which has also achieved certain results.However,due to the unreasonable structure of industry,energy,transportation and land use,it has brought certain difficulties to the atmospheric environment control of Hohhot city.With the continuous development and in-depth application of the Internet of things,cloud computing,big data,mobile Internet and other emerging information technology,especially the arrival of the era of big data,environmental supervision and information technology are facing major development opportunities and challenges.Based on the analysis of the process of air pollution prevention and control and the application and development of ecological science and technology in China,this paper reviews the current situation and shortcomings of the application of scientific and technological innovation in the air quality management of Hohhot City,studies the dynamic mechanism and innovation mode of the application of scientific and technological innovation,and puts forward the solutions of environmental protection big data technology,Build a big data integrated management platform for Hohhot atmospheric environment to help win the blue sky defense war.
