摘要
产业结构对国家经济发展有着重要影响。基于产业结构升级的视角,分5个特征阶段对中国1949〜2018年间国内生产总值、三大产业增加值及占比等数据进行了分析,发现新中国成立以来中国产业结构在一系列政策措施的指引下不断优化升级,逐步向产业结构合理发展方向靠拢,形成了“一二三、二一三、二三一、三二一”的演进历程,与产业结构的一般发展规律逐渐契合。在此基础上,解析了中国当前产业政策下产业发展存在的区域发展、产业结构、劳动力分配等主要问题,并为中国产业结构调整升级提出了政策建议。
The industrial structure of a country has an important impact on its economic development.Based on the perspective of the upgrading of the industrial structure,the data of China’s GDP,the three major industries’added value,and their proportions were analyzed in five characteristic stages from 1949 to 2018.It was found that since the founding of the People’s Republic of China,China’s industrial structure has undergone a series of policies.Under the guidance of the measures,it has been continuously optimized and upgraded,and gradually moved closer to the reasonable development of the industrial structure,forming the evolutionary process of“one two three,two one three,two three one,three two one”,and gradually conforming to the general development law of the industrial structure.On this basis,the main issues of regional development,industrial structure,labor distribution,etc.,are analyzed under the current industrial policy of China,and practical policy suggestions are proposed for China to adjust and upgrade the industrial structure.
