摘要
基于"用户需求"和"数字赋能"的视角审视传统企业向数字化企业转型的机理和模式。依据传统企业数字化转型的阶段性特征,从价值共创与价值转移作为研究切入点,通过案例分析,将传统企业数字化转型策略划分为用户需求驱动的双赢模式、员工赋能和用户赋双重驱动模式和基于用户需求的全面化数字赋能模式的三个阶段。通过对海尔集团案例的归纳总结可知,传统产业价值转移演化进程中的驱动因素主要体现在移动互联化、数字化、融合化、信息化和生态化等方面。基于此,对于传统企业的数字化转型路径具有较高的实践参考价值与借鉴意义。
From the perspective of“user demand”and“digital empowerment”examines the mechanism and panel of the transformation of traditional enterprises into digital enterprises.According to the stage characteristics of traditional enterprises digital transformation,from the value creation and value migration as the research access with the case study.The digital transformation strategy of traditional enterprises are divided into three stages:user demand-driven by win-win mode,employee empowerment and user empowerment driven,comprehensive digital empowerment based on user needs.Through the summary of the case,it can be concluded driving factors in the e-volution process of traditional industry value migration are mainly reflected in mobile interconnection,digitization,integration,infomationization and ecologicalization.Based on this,this study has certain practical reference value and reference significance for the digital transformation of traditional enterprises.
