摘要
双工作行程机构是指在原动件的一个周期内,执行构件具有两个工作行程的机构。椭圆曲柄是能够生成椭圆曲线的行星机构,用椭圆曲柄替代曲柄滑块机构的驱动曲柄,相当于一个具有变化的长度和速度、沿着椭圆曲线运动的曲柄,从而改变了滑块的运动特性。文中提出了具有双工作行程对心椭圆曲柄滑块机构,分析了机构参数对各个行程的影响,给出了各个参数的选择范围,为双工作行程机构设计提供了理论依据。
The mechanism with double working strokes runs in a cycle during which its performing link has two working strokes.The elliptic crank is a planet mechanism which generates elliptic curves.The driving crank with the crank-slider mechanism replaced by the elliptic crank is equal to a crank with varying length and different speed,which moves along the elliptical,thus changing the kinematic characteristics of the slider.In this article,an elliptic crank-slider mechanism with double working strokes is worked out.The analysis is conducted on the influence of mechanism parameters upon each stroke,and the selection range of these parameters is given.It provides theoretical basis for the design of the mechanism with double working strokes.
