摘要
在我国新冠肺炎疫情防控工作逐渐显现成效的背景下,高校毕业生就业创业的问题随即引起各界广泛关注。本文通过网络问卷调查方法,以湖南工业职业技术学院2020届毕业生为调查样本,共回收2176份有效问卷,分析其在新冠肺炎疫情下的就业现状、就业心理与就业需求等基本情况,并结合教育部和湖南省应对疫情发布的最新就业创业措施,提出针对高职毕业生人群的协同治理,信息共享,分类帮扶、多元化就业等相关建议。
Since the prevention and control against the spread of novel coronavirus pneumonia achieved remarkable progress,job hunting and self-employment of graduates have aroused widespread attentions from all sectors of society.By means of online questionnaire,this thesis takes the 2020 graduates of Hunan Industry Polytechnic as examples,and analyzes general information regarding their employment situation as well as their expectations.2,176 valid questionnaire were collected.Through data and text analysis,there are feasible suggestions on collaborative governance,information sharing,classified assistance offering,and diversified types of employment.To cope with the novel coronavirus pneumonia epidemi,special advice for government and college also are given including the latest measures on work placement,and self-employment jointly released by Ministry of Education and Hunan Provincial Government.
