摘要
目的探讨糖尿病周围神经病变患者接受依帕司他治疗对患者TSS评分的影响,评价其应用效果及价值。方法选取本2018年6月至2019年7月接收的糖尿病周围神经病变患者72例,按照随机数表法分为对照组与观察组,每组36例。对照组采用中医熏洗治疗,观察组在对照组基础上联合依帕司他治疗。比较分析两组患者临床疗效,并观察治疗前、治疗4周后TCSS、TSS评分的变化。结果观察组临床疗效优于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗前两组TCSS、TSS评分比较差异无统计学意义,治疗4周后,观察组TCSS、TSS评分均低于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论糖尿病周围神经病变患者采用依帕司他治疗的疗效确切,可有效降低TCSS、TSS评分,改善神经功能,具有较高的临床应用价值。
Objective To investigate the effect of epalastar treatment on TSS score of patients with diabetic peripheral neuropathy and evaluate its application effect and value.Methods 72 patients with diabetic peripheral neuropathy received in our hospital from June 2018 to July 2019 were selected and thry were divided into control group and observation group according to random number table method,with 36 cases in each group.The control group was treated with Chinese medicine fumigation and washing,and the observation group was treated with epalasta on the basis of the control group.The clinical efficacy of the two groups,and observe the changes of TCSS,TSS score were compared and analyzed before and after 4 weeks of treatment.Results Compared with control group,the clinical effect in observation group was better and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no statistically significant difference in TCSS and TSS scores between the two groups before treatment,and the TCSS,TSS score of the observation group 4 weeks after treatment was lower than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Eparastat is effective in treating patients with diabetic peripheral neuropathy.It can effectively reduce TCSS,TSS score and improve neurological function.
