烟台市生态信息化水产养殖模式的SWOT分析及对策 被引量:2

SWOT Analysis and Countermeasures of Ecological Informatization Aquaculture Mode in Yantai City

摘要 21世纪来,烟台市水产养殖业迅猛发展,养殖业产值在海洋经济中所占比例不断提高。信息化手段与生态养殖模式结合是实现水产养殖业转型升级的战略选择。本文运用SWOT模型,分析烟台市生态信息化水产养殖模式的优势、劣势和机会、威胁。结果表明,烟台市生态信息化水产养殖模式面临政策支持、水产品市场需求提高和水产行业转型升级的发展机遇,具有自然资源、科研力量、产业基础的优势;但其发展也面临信息化设备开发瓶颈、科学管理意识不足的困境和养殖成本提高、信息化水产养殖分析模型较为单一的威胁。基于以上问题,提出完善管理体制和政策导向并建立相关养殖标准、探索更有效的生态结构模型、开发专业化设备与数据监测平台和培养专业技术人员的对策建议,以期为信息化生态水产养殖模式的发展提供参考。 Since the 21 st century,the aquaculture industry has developed rapidly in Yantai City,and the proportion of aquaculture output in Yantai marine economy has been increasing.It is a strategic choice to achieve the transformation and upgrading of aquaculture industry by combining the information technology with the ecological aquaculture mode.The advantages and disadvantages as well as the opportunities and threats of Yantai ecological informatization aquaculture mode were analyzed by the SWOT model.The results showed that Yantai ecological informatization aquaculture mode faced with the development opportunities of government policy support,the increased aquatic product market demand and the transformation and upgrading of aquaculture industry,which had the advantages of natural resources,scientific research strength and industrial foundation.However,it also faced with the dilemmas of informatization equipment development bottlenecks,the lack of scientific management awareness,the excessive cost,and the single informatization aquaculture analysis model.Based on the problems,the suggestions were put forward,such as establishing and perfecting the management system and policy guidance,building relevant aquaculture standards,exploring more effective ecological structure model,developing specialized equipment and informatization monitoring platform,and training professional and technical personnel,which would provide references for the development of informatization ecological aquaculture mode.
