摘要
本研究以13个日本柳杉[Cryptomeria japonica (L.f.) D.Don]种质为材料,分别将其置于0、-5、-10、-15℃进行低温胁迫处理,以常温(25℃)为对照,测定其在不同处理下的叶片相对电导率及丙二醛、可溶性糖和脯氨酸含量,并利用隶属函数法对其抗寒性进行综合评价。结果表明,随着胁迫温度的降低,不同日本柳杉叶片相对电导率表现为逐渐升高,丙二醛、可溶性糖、脯氨酸含量均呈先上升后下降趋势。通过隶属函数法综合评价可得,13个日本柳杉抗寒性由强到弱依次为:L11> L6> L4> L9> L2> L1> L10> L7> L13>L8> L3> L5> L12。
With 13 germplasms of Cyrptomeria japonica as materials,the relative conductivity,the content of malondialdenhyde( MDA),soluble sugar and proline of leaves after treated at 0,-5,-10,-15℃were measured,and normal temperature( 25℃) was used as control and the comprehensive evaluation of cold resistance was conducted by membership function method.The results showed that with the decrease of stress temperature,the relative conductivity of leaves of different materials increased gradually,the contents of MDA,soluble sugar and proline were increased firstly and then decreased.Through the comprehensive evaluation of membership function method,the order of cold resistance of 13 germplasms from strong to weak was L11,L6,L4,L9,L2,L1,L10,L7,L13,L8,L3,L5 and L12.
