摘要
为探索日光温室环境对不同郁金香品种光合作用的影响,本试验以‘检阅’‘大王子’‘小王子’‘金检阅’和‘卡罗拉’5个郁金香品种为试材,对其日光温室内光合参数日变化、环境因子和光响应曲线进行比较研究,并分析环境因子间及光合参数与环境因子的相关性。结果表明:5个郁金香品种的净光合速率均呈双峰型,峰值均出现在11∶00和15∶00,‘检阅’的最高峰值和日平均值均最大,分别为7.66、2.07μmol/(m^2·s);气孔导度呈先升高再下降后逐渐平缓的趋势,11∶00达到峰值;胞间CO2浓度呈现早晚高、中午低的双谷型,9∶00具有最大值;蒸腾速率整体呈现先升后降的趋势;水分利用效率WUE和气孔限制值变化趋势较一致,均为双峰型,11∶00达到最大值。5个品种的光补偿点(LCP)平均为56.80μmol/(m^2·s),光饱和点(LSP)平均为717.21μmol/(m^2·s),表观量子效率(AQY)平均为0.045,其中‘检阅’的LCP最小,LSP和AQY最大,对光照条件的适应范围更广,净光合速率也始终大于其它品种,适宜在温室内栽培。环境因子相关性分析结果表明,叶片温度与气温、水汽压与光合有效辐射均呈极显著正相关,相关系数分别为0.998、0.964;光合日变化特征参数与环境因子相关性分析表明,日光温室内需补充光照、水分,提高湿度,降低午间温度、适当提高早晚温度,从而提升光合速率。
In order to explore the effects of solar greenhouse environment on photosynthesis of different tulip varieties,Parade,Ad Rem,World’s Favourite,Golden Parade and Carola were used as experimental materials to conduct a comparative study on the diurnal variation of photosynthetic parameters,environmental factors and light response curve in the solar greenhouse and analyze the correlations between environment factors,photosynthetic parameters and environment factors.The results showed that the change of the net photosynthetic rate of the five tulip varieties was bimodal,with the peak value appearing at 11 ∶00 and 15 ∶00;the maximum peak value and daily mean of the Parade were the highest,which were 7.66 μmol/( m^2·s) and 2.07 μmol/( m^2·s),respectively.The stomatal conductance increased first,then decreased,and finally gradually flattened,which reached the peaked at 11∶00.The intercellular CO2 concentration showed a double-valley pattern that high in the morning and evening and low in the afternoon,with the maximum value at 9∶00.Transpiration rate showed a trend of first rising and then falling.WUE and stomatal limit value showed the same trend,both were bimodal and reached the maximum at 11∶00.The average LCP,LSP and AQY of the five varieties were 56.80 μmol/( m^2·s),712.21 μmol/( m^2·s) and 0.045,respectively.Among them,LCP of Parade was the smallest,LSP and AQY were the largest,and the net photosynthetic rate was always higher than that of other varieties,which indicated that it had wider adaptability to light conditions and was suitable for cultivation in greenhouse.The results of correlation analysis of environment factors showed that leaf temperature and air temperature,water vapor pressure and photo synthetically active radiation were significantly positively correlated,with correlation coefficients of 0.998 and 0.964,respectively.The correlation analysis between the diurnal variation characteristic parameters of photosynthesis and environmental factors showed that the photosynthetic rate in the solar greenhouse could be improved by supplementation of light and water,increasing humidity,decreasing noon temperature,and increasing morning and evening temperature appropriately.
