摘要 畸胎瘤是一种起源于潜在胚胎细胞的肿瘤,在肾脏中发病的概率还是相对低的[1-2],其可分化为一个或多个生发层,包括外胚层、内胚层和中胚层。常发生于卵巢、睾丸、骶尾部、纵隔和骶骨区[3]。畸胎瘤可分为良性畸胎瘤和恶性畸胎瘤。恶性畸胎瘤包括未成熟畸胎瘤和良性畸胎瘤的恶性转化[4]。
