摘要
目的探究面部除皱术结合自体脂肪移植在面部年轻化治疗中的应用效果。方法选择2017年1月至2019年1月于开封市中心医院行面部年轻化治疗的患者82例,随机分为对照组与研究组,每组41例。对照组患者行单纯面部除皱术,研究组患者行面部除皱术+自体脂肪移植术,比较两组患者的整体疗效、面部皮肤检测指标、鼻唇沟及下颌缘形态评分、并发症发生情况。结果治疗后,对照组患者整体疗效优良率为51.22%(21/41),研究组为80.49%(33/41),组间比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,两组患者面部水分、弹性评分均较治疗前提高(P均<0.05),油脂、斑点评分均较治疗前降低(P均<0.05),且研究组治疗后患者面部的水分、弹性评分高于对照组(P<0.05),油脂、斑点评分低于对照组(P<0.05)。两组患者鼻唇沟、下颌缘形态评分均较治疗前降低(P均<0.05),且研究组低于对照组(P<0.05)。对照组患者术后并发症发生率为4.88%(2/41),研究组为14.63%(6/41),两组比较差异未见统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论选择面部除皱术结合自体脂肪移植进行面部年轻化治疗较单纯面部除皱术效果更好,能够明显改善皮肤状态与面部萎缩、凹陷,同时解决皮肤下垂和容量缺失问题,安全性高。
Objective To investigate the application effects of facial lift combined with autologous fat transplantation in facial rejuvenation treatment.Methods Eighty-two patients who underwent facial rejuvenation treatment in Kaifeng Central Hospital from January 2017 to January 2019 were randomly divided into control group and study group by random number table method,with 41 cases in each group.The patients in control group underwent facial lift,while patients in study group underwent facial lift combined with autologous fat transplantation.The overall efficacy,facial skin test indexes,scores of nasolabial groove morphology and mandibular margin morphology,and incidence of complications were compared between the two groups.Results After treatment,the excellent and good rate of overall efficacy was 51.22%(21/41)in control group,and 80.49%(33/41)in study group,and the difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the scores of moisture and elasticity in the two groups were significantly improved,compared with preoperative scores(P<0.05);while the scores of grease and fleck significantly decreased after treatment,compared with preoperative scores(P<0.05).The scores of moisture and elasticity in study group were significantly higher than those in control group(P<0.05),while the scores of grease and fleck were significantly lower than those in control group after treatment(P<0.05).The scores of nasolabial groove morphology and mandibular margin morphology after treatment significantly decreased,compared with preoperative scores(P<0.05),and the scores in study group were significantly lower than those in control group(P<0.05).The incidence of postoperative complications was 4.88%(2/41)in control group,and 14.63%(6/41)in study group,but there was no significant difference between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusions Facial lift combined with autologous fat transplantation for facial rejuvenation has better effects than simple facial lift.The former can significantly improve skin condition and facial atrophy and depression,and solve the problems of sagging and volume loss,and it has high safety.
