摘要
大湘西是一个相对独立的地理单元,该区域经济发展受主导产业规模与质量的影响。根据主导产业的特点及作用,构建区位商、增长量、人均产出、技术密集度和就业带动力的评价准则,针对多源异构数据,采用TOPSIS模型对大湘西主导产业进行综合评价,并对结果进行一致性检验。研究发现:大湘西地区主导产业优先发展序列为工业、旅游业、特色种养业、商贸流通业。依据大湘西主导产业选择结果,结合其资源禀赋,提出了各主导产业的发展建议,旨在为推动大湘西地区主导产业发展优化升级,促进区域经济高质量发展提供决策参考。
Western Hunan is a relatively independent geographical unit.The economic development of this region is affected by the scale and quality of leading industries.Based on location quotient,growth volume,per capita output,technology intensity and employment driving force,this paper evaluates the results by TOPSIS comprehensive evaluation method,and tests the consistency of the results,so as to construct the leading industry selection mechanism of Western Hunan and its municipalities.It is found that the priority development sequence of leading industries in Western Hunan is industry,tourism,characteristic breeding and commercial circulation industry.Based on the results of the selection of leading industries in Western Hunan and their resource endowments,this paper puts forward suggestions for the development of leading industries in order to promote the optimization and upgrading of leading industries in Western Hunan and provide decision-making reference for promoting the high-quality development of regional economy.
