摘要
目的:探讨装甲兵部队官兵腰腿痛功能障碍情况,提出预防建议。方法:采用自制量表,对233名装甲部队官兵进行问卷调查,并对调查结果进行统计学分析。结果:装甲官兵腰腿痛功能障碍发生率明显高于非装甲官兵(P<0.01);驾乘装甲运兵车的官兵腰腿痛功能障碍指数秩均值显著高于其他驾乘车型(P<0.05);驾乘时间>200 h的官兵腰腿痛功能障碍指数秩均值均显著高于驾乘时间<100 h和100~200 h(P<0.05);机动化训练时间>100 h的官兵腰腿痛功能障指数秩均值均显著高于机动化训练时间<50 h(P<0.05)。结论:装甲部队官兵驾乘装甲运兵车、驾乘时间>200 h、机动化训练时间>100 h均为官兵腰腿痛功能障碍的高危因素。
Objective:To explore the dysfunction of the low back pain of the armored force and propose prevention.Methods:A total of 233 officers and soldiers of armored force were conducted through questionnaire survey,the results were analyzed.Results:The dysfunction of low back pain of armored force was significantly higher than that of non-armored force(P<0.01).The low back pain dysfunction indexes in armored personnel carriers were significantly higher than other driving types(P<0.05).The mean value of the low back pain dysfunction index of>200 ride hours was significantly higher than the<100 hours and 100-200 hours(P<0.05).The mean value of the low back pain dysfunction index of motorized time>100 hours was significantly higher than that of the<50 hours(P<0.05).Conclusion:Driving armored personnel carrier,riding time than 200 hours,motorized time than 100 hours are high risk factors for aggravating the dysfunction of low back pain in officers and soldiers.
