摘要
目的:提出建立寒区前沿手术队(forward surgical team,FST)的必要性及关键问题。方法:结合寒区低温等特殊环境,基于实战化训练模式,研究寒区FST建设的关键问题。结果:寒区后送困难,对FST有迫切需求。寒区FST的建设编成要满足寒区需求,人员能力要实现一专多能,技术范围要时效救治,装备配置要突出便携防寒,训练模式要注重机构对接。结论:应在充分借鉴现有国外FST建设经验基础上,结合寒区地域特点,形成我军特色的寒区FST。
Objective:To propose the key issues and necessity for forward surgical team(FST)in the cold regions.Methods:Combined with the special environment such as low temperature in cold regions,based on actual combat training mode,the key issues in the construction of FST in cold regions were studied.Results:The delivery in cold regions was difficult,the demand for FST was more urgent.The key issues in the construction of FST in the cold regions should be compiled to meet the needs of the cold environment,the personnel capacity should be realized in a special and multi-energy,the technical scope should be targeted for time-efficacy treatment,the equipment configuration should be prominently portable and cold-proof.Conclusion:Based on the experience of foreign FST construction,combined with the regional characteristics of the cold regions,and closely combined with the diversified medical support tasks,we can explore to form the FST in cold regions.
