新工科背景下大学生专利能力培养的研究与实践 被引量:1

Research and Practice of Cultivating Patent Ability of College Students under the Background of Emerging Engineering Education

摘要 新工科建设的内涵之一是培养未来多元化、创新型卓越人才,对大学生进行专利能力培养是提高其创新意识和创新能力的重要手段.通过对大学生专利能力现状的调查和对大学生专利创作困难原因的分析,提出了开设课程、培养能力、化解费用和创新形式等4项举措来提升大学生专利能力的对策. One connotation of the Emerging Engineering Education(3E)construction is to cultivate outstanding engineering talents who are all-side and innovative.Cultivating college students’patent ability is an important means to improve their innovation awareness and ability.Based on the investigation of the current college students'patent ability and the analysis of the reasons for the difficulties of their patent creation,four countermeasures were put forward to improve college students'patent ability,such as offering courses,cultivating students'ability,reducing expenses and innovating forms.
