摘要
环氧复合泡沫材料(ESF)具有密度低、压缩强度高、吸水率低等优点,广泛应用于海洋探测系统、深海潜水设备、海洋石油勘探等深海勘探设备中。对ESF的研究背景和国内外的研究现状、应用、ESF分类及影响因素、产品性能、存在的问题及发展趋势进行了综述,旨在为环氧浮力材料在深海的应用和发展提供参考。
Epoxy syntactic foam(ESF) materials had advantages of low density,high compressive strength,low water adsorption and so on,which were widely used in marine detection systems,deep-sea diving equipment,offshore oil exploration and other deep sea exploration equipment.The research background of ESF and the research status at home and abroad,application,ESF classification and influencing factors,performance,existing problems and development trend were reviewed.It provided reference for the application and development of epoxy buoyancy material in the deep sea.
