摘要
植食性昆虫取食寄主植物以维持自身生长发育,不同寄主植物的营养成分和次生代谢物存在较大差别,同一种植食性昆虫取食不同寄主植物,其生长发育也存在差异。测定油桐尺蛾(Buzura suppressaria)幼虫分别取食桉树和油桐(Vernicia fordii)叶片后的增重及营养效应,研究不同寄主植物对油桐尺蛾生长的影响。结果表明,油桐尺蛾幼虫取食油桐叶后的体重、相对生长率、食物利用率和食物转化率明显高于取食桉树叶片的幼虫,相对取食速率则明显较低。初步证实油桐更利于油桐尺蛾的生长。
Phytophagous insects feed on host plants to maintain their growth.The nutritional composition and secondary metabolites of different host plants are quite different,so growths of the same phytophagous insect fed with different host plants are different.Weights and nutritional effects of Buzura suppressaria larvae fed with leaves of eucalypt and Vernicia fordii were measured respectively,and effects of different host plants on growth of B.suppressaria were studied.Results showed that weight,relative growth rate,efficiency of conversion ingested and efficiency of conversion of gigested food of larvae fed with leaves of V.fordii were significantly higher,while relative consumption rate was lower than larvae fed with eucalypt leaves.It was initially confirmed that leaves of V.fordii was more conducive to growth of B.suppressaria.
