摘要
根据国务院发布的促进科技成果转移转化行动方案,“十三五”期间要培养1万名专业化技术转移人才,技术经纪人是其中的关键角色。该文通过检索中国知网(CNKI)、万方数据库等资源库,梳理有关技术经纪人相关文献,发现目前国内对技术经纪人的研究主要涉及高校技术经纪人现状、地区技术经纪现状和技术经纪人培养三个方面,且关于高层次技术经纪人的研究文献较少,多是关于职业技术经纪人的研究文献。
According to the plan for promoting the transformation of scientific and technological achievements promulgated by the State Council,10,000 specialized talents for technology transfer should be trained during the"13th Five-Year Plan"period,while technical brokers are the key players.In this paper,we searched some resource libraries such as CNKI and Wanfang database to sort out the relevant documents of technical brokers.At present,the domestic research on technical brokers is mainly divided into the status quo of technical brokers in colleges and universities,the status quo of brokerage in specific regions and the cultivation of technical brokers.Besides,there are few research literatures on high-level technical brokers,mostly on professional technical brokers.
