摘要
目的探究将围手术期综合护理应用至食管癌患者护理中的价值及效果。方法于2018年6月至2020年1月期限择取102例我院收治的食管癌患者为分析对象,以自主抽签的分组方式,将所有患者分为两组,即对照组与观察组,各51例。前者实施传统护理,后者应用围手术期综合护理干预,比较两组患者的焦虑、抑郁评分,统计分析两组患者的住院时间、住院费用及并发症发生率等指标。结果干预前,两组患者的焦虑、抑郁等测评结果差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。干预后,观察组的焦虑与抑郁评分均低于对照组,且差异P<0.05。同时,观察组患者的住院时间与住院费用分别为(13.4±1.1)d、(31244.0±249.1)元,并发症发生率为5.88%,指标均明显优于对照组,差异P<0.05。结论对食管癌患者实施术前、术中、术后的围术期综合护理,全方面关注患者的身体与疾病情况,能显著改善患者的情绪状态,加快疾病治愈,值得在临床中推广应用。
Objective To explore the value and effect of perioperative comprehensive nursing applied to esophageal cancer patients. Methods From June 2018 to January 2020, 102 patients with esophageal cancer admitted to our hospital were selected as the analysis object, and all patients were divided into two groups by independent drawing of lots, namely the control group and the observation group, with 51 cases in each group. The former implemented traditional nursing, while the latter applied comprehensive nursing intervention during perioperative period. The anxiety and depression scores of the two groups of patients were compared, and the hospitalization time, hospitalization expenses and complication rate of the two groups of patients were statistically analyzed. Results Before the intervention, there was no significant difference in the results of anxiety and depression between the two groups(P>0.05). After the intervention, the anxiety and depression scores of the observation group were lower than those of the control group, and the difference was P<0.05. At the same time, the hospitalization time and expenses of the patients in the observation group were(13.4±1.1) d,(31244.0±249.1) yuan, the incidence of complications was 5.88%, the indicators were significantly better than the control group, the difference was P<0.05. Conclusion The implementation of preoperative, intraoperative and postoperative perioperative comprehensive care for esophageal cancer patients, paying attention to the patients’ body and disease conditions in all aspects, can significantly improve the emotional state of patients, accelerate the cure of diseases, and is worthy of promotion and application in clinical practice.
