摘要
目的分析结直肠癌患者采取开腹手术与腹腔镜结直肠癌根治术治疗的效果。方法本次实验研究对象是我院收治的38例结直肠癌患者,研究时段为2017年7月至2019年7月,采取随机抽样法将其分为两组,19例对照组开展开腹手术治疗,另外19例观察组开展腹腔镜结直肠癌根治术治疗,比较两组患者围术期指标、术后并发症发生情况及各项术后指标。结果比较对照组,观察组术中出血量更低,手术时间、肠功能恢复时间及住院时间均更短,对比组间数据,差异性显著(P <0.05);比较对照组,观察组胃泌素含量、胃动素含量更高,肛门排气时间及腹胀持续时间更短,对比组间数据,差异性显著(P <0.05);比较对照组31.57%的并发症发生率,观察组5.26%的并发症发生率更高,对比组间数据,差异性显著(P <0.05)。结论结直肠癌患者采取腹腔镜结直肠癌根治术治疗,能够缓解患者不良症状,降低术中出血量,缩短住院时间,加快肠功能恢复时间,提升治疗总有效率,有临床价值。
Objective To analyze the effect of open-laparotomy and laparoscopic radical resection of colorectal cancer in patients with colorectal cancer. Methods The subjects of this study were 38 patients with colorectal cancer admitted to our hospital. The study period was from July 2017 to July 2019. They were divided into two groups by random sampling. 19 patients in the control group were treated with open surgery, and 19 patients in the observation group were treated with laparoscopic radical resection of colorectal cancer. The perioperative indexes, postoperative complications and postoperative indexes of the two groups were compared. Results Compared with the control group, the amount of blood loss in the observation group was lower, Compared with the control group, the bleeding volume in the observation group was lower, the operation time, intestinal function recovery time and hospitalization time were shorter, the difference between the two groups was significant(P<0.05);compared with the control group, the gastrin content and motilin content in the observation group were higher, the anal exhaust time and abdominal distention duration were shorter, the difference between the two groups was significant(P<0.05);compared with the control group, the difference between the two groups was significant(P<0.05) The incidence of complications was 31.57% in the observation group and 5.26% in the observation group. Conclusion Laparoscopic radical resection of colorectal cancer can relieve the adverse symptoms, reduce the amount of intraoperative blood loss, shorten the hospitalization time, speed up the recovery time of intestinal function, and improve the total effective rate of treatment.
