摘要
目的探究心脏彩超在评价冠心病患者左室舒张功能的临床价值。方法选取冠心病患者80例及接受体检的健康人群80例,设冠心病患者为甲组,健康人群为乙组,均接受心脏彩超诊断。观察诊断结果。结果甲组左心室舒张早期峰速、左心室舒张早期峰速/左室舒张晚期血流峰速均低于乙组,左室舒张晚期血流峰速及Tei指数高于乙组,对比有统计学意义(P<0.05)。甲组左室收缩末期内径、左室舒张末期内径及射血分数与乙组相比无差异,无统计学意义(P>0.05)。甲组80例患者中左心室舒张功能降低70例,占87.50%,乙组80例正常人群中左心室舒张功能降低2例,占2.50%,对比有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论心脏彩超在评价冠心病患者左室舒张功能的临床价值显著,能够对患者左室舒张功能进行评价,联合Tei指数可有效评估左室舒张功能,具有较高临床推广价值。
Objective To investigate the clinical value of cardiac color Doppler ultrasound in evaluating left ventricular diastolic function in patients with coronary heart disease.Methods Eighty patients with coronary heart disease and 80 healthy subjects who underwent physical examination were enrolled.The patients with coronary heart disease were included in the observation group,and the healthy group was the control group.All patients underwent cardiac color Doppler ultrasound diagnosis.Observe the diagnosis.Results In the observation group,the early peak velocity of left ventricular diastolic velocity,the peak velocity of early left ventricular diastolic velocity,and the peak velocity of left ventricular diastolic blood flow were lower than those of the control group.The peak velocity of left ventricular end-diastolic blood flow and the Tei index were higher than those of the control group.Statistical significance(P<0.05).There was no difference in left ventricular end-systolic diameter,left ventricular end-diastolic diameter and ejection fraction between the observation group and the control group(P>0.05).In the 80 patients in the observation group,70 cases of left ventricular diastolic function decreased,accounting for(87.50%).In the control group,80 cases of left ventricular diastolic function decreased in 2 cases,accounting for 2.50%.The correlation was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Cardiac color Doppler ultrasound has a significant clinical value in evaluating left ventricular diastolic function in patients with coronary heart disease.It can evaluate left ventricular diastolic function.Combined with Tei index,it can effectively evaluate left ventricular diastolic function and has high clinical value.
