摘要
目的探讨麦默通微创旋切术与小切口传统手术治疗良性乳腺结节的效果。方法选取2018年11月~2019年11月我院收治的75例乳腺结节患者作为研究对象,按照抽签法分成参照组(38例)与实验组(37例),参照组采用小切口传统手术治疗,实验组应用麦默通微创旋切术治疗。比较两组的临床疗效、手术状况与住院时间、术后并发症发生情况。结果实验组的临床治疗优良率高于参照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。实验组术中出血量低于参照组,切口长度小于参照组,手术时间、住院时间短于参照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。实验组术后并发症总发生率低于参照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论与小切口传统手术相比,麦默通微创旋切术治疗良性乳腺结节的临床效果更佳,且能减少术中出血量,减小切口长度,缩短患者手术、住院时间,降低并发症发生率。
Objective To investigate the effect of minimally invasive rotary incision and traditional small incision surgery on the treatment of benign breast nodules.Methods A total of 75 breast nodule patients admitted in our hospital from November 2018 to November 2019 were selected as the research subjects.They were divided into a reference group(38 cases)and an experimental group(37 cases)according to the lottery method.The reference group was treated with a small incision,in the traditional surgical treatment,the experimental group was treated with Mymotomy minimally invasive rotary resection.The clinical treatment effect,surgical status and hospital stay,and postoperative complications were compared between the two groups.Results The clinical treatment excellent rate in the experimental group was higher than that in the reference group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The intraoperative blood loss in the experimental group was lower than that in the reference group,the length of the incision was shorter than that in the reference group,and the operation time and hospital stay were shorter than those in the reference group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The total incidence of postoperative complications in the experimental group was lower than that in the reference group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Compared with the traditional operation with small incision,the clinical effect of mammotome minimally invasive surgery for benign breast nodules is better,and it can reduce the amount of bleeding,the length of incision,the time of operation and hospitalization,and the rate of complications.
