The Experiment Study on the Chromium Slag Sintering Pot

摘要 在实验室开展烧结杯试验,利用铬渣替代部分石灰石烧结,对比分析其对烧结矿各项指标与性能的影响。结果表明:实验室条件下,随着铬渣配比的提高,转鼓指数、成品率、利用系数均呈降低的趋势,固体燃耗呈升高的趋势。在适宜生产的铬渣配加比例内,烧结矿低温还原粉化现象加剧,还原性能降低,软化开始温度、软化区间变化不大,但熔融区间增宽。 The sintering cup experiment is carried out in the laboratory and chromium slag is used to replace part of limestone for sintering which are compared and analyzed the effects on various indexes and properties of sinter.The results show that under laboratory conditions,with the increase of chromium slag ratio,the drum index,yield and utilization coefficient all decrease,while the solid fuel consumption increases.In the proportion of chromium slag suitable for production,the phenomenon of low temperature reduction pulverization of sinter is intensified,the reduction performance is reduced,the softening starting temperature and softening range change little,but the melting range is widened.
