摘要
英美法系国家的法学教育定位于职业教育,注重培养学生解决实务问题的能力,包括开设法律实践课程、法律职业培训和专业实习等环节。此课程设计实现了较好的培养效果,对我国法学教育有较大借鉴意义。我国高校法律教育应把法律职业教育放在法律人才培养的首要地位,加强学生法律实践技能的训练,有效解决供给侧不足的问题。
In common law countries,legal education is oriented towards vocational education,which focuses on cultivating students’ ability to solve practical problems,including setting up legal practice courses,legal vocational training and professional practice. This course design has achieved good training effect,which is of great significance to the legal education in China. In order to effectively solve the problem of insufficient supply,the legal vocational education should be put in the first place in the training of legal talents,and the training of students’ legal practical skills should be strengthened.
