四氢生物蝶呤与恶性肿瘤关系的研究进展

摘要 恶性肿瘤是严重威胁人类生命与健康的疾病,且发病率逐年增高。恶性肿瘤的发生机制复杂,是一个多因子、多步骤的过程。四氢生物蝶呤(BH4)是芳香族氨基酸羟化酶及一氧化氮合酶的辅酶,具有抗氧化和清除活性氮氧化物的功能,在体内一系列生理和病理过程中起关键作用。近年来有研究表明,BH4在恶性肿瘤的发生发展中起作用,具有促进和抑制恶性肿瘤发生发展的双重作用。 Cancer threatens human′s life and its incidence is increasing year by year.The pathogenesis of cancer is complex,and its occurrence is the result of multi-factor interaction and multistage process.With the functions of anti-oxidation and removing active nitrogen oxides,tetrahydrobiopterin(BH4)is a coenzyme of aromatic amino acid hydroxylase and nitric oxide synthase,and plays a key role in a series of physiological and pathological process in vivo.Recent studies has shown that BH4 plays a role in the occurrence and development of malignant tumor,and has double functions in promoting and inhibiting the development of tumor.
