摘要
为了分析三阴性乳腺癌切除术后骨转移与血清泌乳素(PRL)、白细胞介素(IL)-1β及骨唾液酸蛋白(BSP)关系,回顾分析三阴性乳腺癌患者的病例。结果显示,术后,发生骨转移患者的血清PRL、IL-1β及BSP水平均显著升高,血清PRL、IL-1β及BSP水平在不同年龄骨转移患者中存在显著差异,且PRL与IL-1β,IL-1β与BSP,PRL与BSP水平间均呈正相关。结果说明,三阴性乳腺癌切除后发生骨转移与年龄因素有关,血清PRL、IL-1β及BSP与三阴性乳腺癌切除后骨转移呈正相关。
To analyze the relationship between bone metastasis and PRL,IL-1βand BSP after three negative breast cancer resection,the clinical data of patients with triple negative breast cancer were retrospective anlyzed.The results showed,there were significant differences in serum PRL,IL-1βand BSP levels than before operation,compared to non-bone metastasis group,the bone metastasis group had a significant correlation between the levels of serum PRL,IL-1β,BSP and the age of patients,and PRL levels were positively correlated with IL-1βlevels,and IL-1βlevels were positively correlated with BSP levels,and the level of PRL was positively correlated with BSP level.The results indicated the levels of serum PRL,IL-1βand BSP in patients with bone metastasis after triple-negative breast cancer was correlated to age,and there was a good correlation between serum PRL,IL-1β,BSP levels and bone metastasis after triple-negative breast cancer resection.
