面向飞行器结构健康监测智能蒙皮的柔性传感器网络综述 被引量:12

摘要 飞行器智能蒙皮技术是一项改变未来先进飞行器设计的革命性新技术,结构健康监测是其功能的重要体现之一。为了实现飞行器结构健康监测智能蒙皮,需要在飞行器结构中一体化集成大规模的柔性传感器网络,针对飞行器智能蒙皮应用的实际需求和限制,结合不同的结构健康监测方法,综述了相应的柔性传感器网络的设计、制造工艺和功能实现。最后总结和展望未来飞行器智能蒙皮技术发展面临的关键挑战。 Aircraft smart skin technology is a revolutionary new technology that can change the future advanced aircraft design, and structural health monitoring(SHM) is one of its essential functions. To realize the SHM of aircraft smart skin, it is necessary to integrate large-scale and flexible sensor networks into aircraft structures. According to the actual requirements and limitations of aircraft smart skin applications, combined with different structural health monitoring methods, the design, manufacturing process and function realization of the corresponding flexible sensor networks are reviewed. Finally, the key challenges faced by the development of aircraft smart skin technology in the future are summarized and prospected.
