摘要
将已经分离得到的霍山石斛内生真菌DHS-3、DHS-4进行培养,运用高效液相色谱(HPLC)检测技术,对DHS-3、DHS-4的代谢产物进行分析比较。结果表明洗脱峰RT18.353、RT48.536,RT29.442、RT50.358分别为DHS-3、DHS-4两种菌的代谢产物与霍山石斛的共有峰,揭示霍山石斛内生真菌DHS-3、DHS-4可能产生与霍山石斛相同的物质。
The endophytic fungi DHS-3 and DHS-4 isolated from dendrobium huoshanense C.Z.Tang et S.J.Cheng were cultured.The metabolites of DHS-3 and DHS-4 were analyzed and compared by HPLC.The results show that the elution peaks RT18.353 and RT48.536,RT29.442 and RT50.358,respectively,were the common peaks of the metabolites of DHS-3 and DHS-4 and dendrobium huoshanense C.Z.Tang et S.J.Cheng,which reveals that the endophytic fungi DHS-3 and DHS-4 could produce the same substances as their host plant dendrobium huoshanense C.Z.Tang et S.J.Cheng.
