摘要
本文结合波特竞争理论、资源基础理论、经营杠杆理论,以2010—2017年40家农业上市公司的数据为样本,通过构建多元线性回归模型对中国农业上市公司差异化战略、经营风险与企业绩效三者之间关系进行分析。研究结果发现,中国农业上市公司差异化战略与企业绩效呈显著正相关;经营风险与企业绩效呈显著负相关。此外,经营风险对差异化战略与企业绩效的关系具有反向调节作用,即由于经营风险的作用,差异化经营对公司绩效的影响将会被削弱。
Based on Porter’s competition theory,resource-based theory and operating leverage theory,this paper uses the data of 40 agricultural listed companies from 2010 to 2017 and employes a multivariate linear regression model to analyze the relationship among the differentiation strategy,business risk and corporate performance of Chinese agricultural listed companies.The research results show that the differentiation strategy of Chinese agricultural listed companies is significantly and positively correlated with corporate performance,while the business risk is significantly and negatively correlated with corporate performance.In addition,business risk has a reverse adjustment effect on the relationship between differentiation strategy and corporate performance.That is,due to the role of business risk,the impact of differentiation on company performance would be weakened.
