摘要
城市公共空间耦合开发能有效提升其空间质量和利用率。目前,对于如何耦合开发的研究尚不充分。本文以日本札幌为案例,分析了其城市中心区再开发的3个策略:以公共交通为骨架;以商业设施为驱动;以容积率奖励制度为保障。此外,还分析了这些策略对于耦合开发的作用。文章总结了札幌案例在空间层面的耦合与开发主体的耦合,以及其对我国的借鉴意义。
The coupling development of urban public space can effectively improve its space quality and utilization rate.There is not enough research on the coupled development yet.Taking Sapporo in Japan as a case,this paper analyzed three strategies of urban center redevelopment:taking public transportation as the framework,taking commercial facilities as the driven force and taking the incentive system of floor plot ratio as the guarantee.This paper also analyzed the effect of these strategies on coupled development.This paper summarized the spatial coupling of the Sapporo case and the coupling of the development subject and its reference significance to China.
