摘要
目的分析在临床抢救急危重患者中运用护理管理流程的施行疗效。方法2018年7月—2019年7月收治74例急危重患者为研究对象,双盲法分组,常规组37例患者实施常规护理流程,实验组37例患者运用护理管理流程,分析疗效。结果实验组患者分诊评估时间、急救时间较常规组短,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。实验组患者救治成功率97.30%,显著高于常规组;实验组患者死亡率2.70%,致残率5.41%,显著低于常规组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。实验组患者家属满意度97.30%,高于常规组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在临床抢救急危重患者中运用护理管理流程,可显著提高救治成功率,减少死亡率,缩短抢救时间,提高患者家属满意度。
Objective To analyze the effect of applying nursing management process in the clinical rescue of critically ill patients.Methods A total of 74 critically ill patients were studied.They were treated from July 2018 to July 2019.They were divided into two groups by double-blind method.The routine nursing procedure was performed in 37 patients in the conventional group,and the nursing management procedure was used in 37 patients in the experimental group to analyze the curative effect.Results The time of triage and assessment and the emergency time of patients in the experimental group were shorter than those in the conventional group,which was statistically significant difference(P<0.05).The treatment success rate of patients in the experimental group was 97.30%,which was significantly higher than that in the conventional group.The mortality of the experimental group was 2.70%,and the disability rate was 5.41%,which was significantly lower than that in the conventional group,which was statistically significant difference(P<0.05).The family satisfaction of patients in the experimental group was 97.30%,which was higher than that in the conventional group,which was statistically significant difference(P<0.05).Conclusion The use of nursing management procedures in clinical rescue of critically ill patients can significantly improve the success rate of treatment,reduce mortality,shorten the rescue time,and improve the satisfaction of patients'families.
