摘要
目的:探讨自制乳胶体位垫在俯卧位吸脂术中的应用效果。方法:选择2018年12月-2019年6月在笔者医院全身麻醉下行俯卧位吸脂患者60例,全部为女性,随机分为对照组和实验组,每组30例。分别应用传统的整体海绵垫和自制乳胶体位垫对患者进行术中防护,术毕立刻检查对照组和实验组两组患者皮肤情况,指标为:假体移位、压痕、红斑、水疱和破损。结果:实验组假体移位、压痕、红斑、水疱和破损发生情况明显少于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:自制乳胶垫应用于俯卧位吸脂手术具有较好的效果,值得临床推广应用。
Objective To study the application of self-made latex body cushion in prone liposuction surgery.Methods Sixty patients with prone liposuction under general anesthesia in our hospital from December 2018 to June 2019,all female patients,were randomly divided into the control group and the experimental group,30 cases in each group.The patients were protected by traditional integral sponge cushion and self-made latex body cushion.The skin condition of the control group and the experimental group was examined immediately after surgery.The indexes were prosthesis displacement,skin indentation,erythema,blisters and skin damage.Results The incidence of prosthesis displacement,skin indentation,erythema,blister and skin damage in the experimental group was significantly lower than that in the control group (P<0.05).Conclusion The self-made latex body cushion has a good effect in prone liposuction surgery and is worthy of clinical application.
