摘要 新旧动能转换会对经济以及社会发展模式产生影响,并且对于发展模式的革新具有推动作用,同时,必须要有大量创新人才作为强劲的后备力量。在新旧动能转换的历史时期,我国高等院校应该顺应时代的发展,加强科技创新人才培养,为社会输送能够推动传统行业转型以及升级的新型人才,同时也为新型产业的持续发展贡献力量。因此,在此背景下,深入探讨如何通过产学研融合的方式着力提升高校科技创新人才的培养能力,持续强化高等院校学生的科技创新意识,提升学生的创新能力,为社会提供丰富的人才资源,已经成为高等院校迫切需要解决的问题。 The transformation of new and old driving forces will have an impact on the economic and social development model, and will promote the innovation of the development model. At the same time, a large number of innovative talents must be a strong backup force. In the historical period of the transformation of new and old kinetic energy, colleges and universities in China should conform to the development of the times, strengthen the training of scientific and technological innovation talents, and provide new talents that can promote the transformation and upgrading of traditional industries for the society, as well as contribute to the sustainable development of new industries. Therefore, in this context, it has become an urgent problem for colleges and universities to explore how to improve the cultivation ability of scientific and technological innovation talents, continuously strengthen the consciousness of scientific and technological innovation of college students, enhance the innovation ability of students, and provide rich human resources for the society through the integration of industry, university and research.
