摘要
目的:优化肉桂油的水蒸气蒸馏法提取工艺。方法:在预试验和单因素试验的基础上,采用L9(34)正交试验法,以肉桂醛含量和肉桂油得率为评价指标,考察药材粉碎度、浸泡时间、加水倍数以及蒸馏时间对肉桂油提取的影响。结果:肉桂油的最佳提取工艺条件为药材粉碎过10目筛,浸泡60min,加6倍水,蒸馏5h,得油率为3.1282%,肉桂醛含量为2.4343%。结论:优化的提取工艺简单合理、稳定可行。
Objective:To optimize the extraction process of cinnamon oil by steam distillation method.Method:On the basis of preliminary test and single factor test,orthogonal test L 9(34)is used for investigating the effects of crushing degree,soaking time,water addition times and distillation time on the extraction of cinnamon oil with cinnamaldehyde content and cinnamon oil yield as the evaluation indexes.Result:The optimum extraction conditions for cinnamon oil are that crushing degree is 10 meshes,soaking time is 60 min,adding 6 times'water,and distillation time is 5 h,the oil yield is 3.1282%and the content of cinnamaldehyde is 2.4343%.Conclusion:The optimized extraction process is simple,reasonable,stable and feasible.
