摘要
涉外导游人才的质量是涉外旅游业发展的关键要素。从"旅游+"视角看,南通涉外导游人才队伍存在数量不足、专业素养不高、复合型人才缺乏等问题。行政主管部门政策引导力度不够、企业培训激励机制不完善、高校对涉外旅游专业建设不够重视等是产生这些问题的原因。要提升南通涉外导游人才质量,政府要加强政策引导,企业要完善培训激励机制,高校要加强涉外旅游专业建设,政府、企业、高校三者要建立协同机制。
The quality of foreign tour guides is the key factor of the development of foreign tourism.From the perspective of“tourism+”,the problems regarding foreign tour guides in Nantong include inadequate numbers,unsatisfied professional quality and shortage of compound talents.These problems are attributed to insufficient policy guidance from administrative departments in charge,incomplete incentive mechanism of training offered by enterprises,and little attention paid by colleges and universities to the construction of Foreign Tourism major.Therefore,the coordinated mechanism of governments,enterprises and colleges needs to be built up by improving the three relevant aspects mentioned above so as to improve the quality of foreign tour guides.
