摘要
目的探讨个性化护理方案在液压法行上颌窦内提升患者中的应用。方法选取2016年2月至2019年11月本院口腔种植中心就诊的患者60例作为研究对象,所有患者给予液压法行上颌窦内提升治疗,将患者随机等分为对照组和观察组,对照组给予常规护理干预,观察组给予个性化护理方案干预,比较两组患者的依从性、不良反应发生率、生存质量、护理满意度。结果观察组饮食调整、按时按量用药、保持口腔卫生、按时复诊评分高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);干预后观察组不良反应发生率低于对照组(P<0.05);干预前两组患者的牙科焦虑量表(DSA)评分差异无统计学意义,干预后观察组的DAS评分明显低于对照组(P<0.05);干预后观察组患者的心理健康、躯体功能、社会功能、一般健康状态、情感角色、健康变化、口腔疼痛、躯体角色、生活质量评分高于对照组(P<0.05);干预后观察组的服务态度、护理安全、护理效果、护理过程的满意度评分明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论在液压法行上颌窦内提升中应用个性化护理方案,可以提高患者的治疗依从性,降低不良反应发生率,改善患者不良情绪,提高生存质量及护理满意度,值得临床推广应用。
Objective To explore the application of personalized nursing plan in lifting patients with maxillary sinus by hydraulic method.Methods To select 60 cases of patients from our hospital's oral implant center as the study objects from February 2016 to November 2019,and all patients were given lifting treatment with maxillary sinus by hydraulic method.The patients were randomly divided into a control group and an observation group,the control group was given routine nursing intervention,and the observation group was given a personalized nursing intervention to compare the compliance,adverse reaction rate,quality of life,and nursing satisfaction of patients of the two groups.Results The scores of diet adjustment,medication on time and defined daily dosage,maintaining oral hygiene,and regular return visit in observation group were higher than those of the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).After intervention,the incidence of adverse reaction in the observation group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).Before intervention,there was no significant difference in dental anxiety scale(DAS)score between the two groups.After intervention,the DAS score in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).After intervention,the scores of mental health,physiological function,social function,general health,emotional role,health change,oral pain,physiological role,and quality of life of patients in the observation group were higher than those of the control group(P<0.05).After intervention,the scores of servicing attitude,nursing safety,nursing effect,and satisfaction of nursing process in the observation group were significantly higher than those of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of personalized nursing plan in the maxillary sinus lifting treatment by hydraulic method can improve the patient's treatment compliance,reduce the incidence rate of adverse reactions,improve the patient's bad mood,improve the quality of life and nursing satisfaction.It was worthy of clinical promotion and application.
