摘要
回顾了基于光学、电化学、磁学的生物传感技术与设备在传染病病原体即时检测(point-of-care testing,POCT)中的研究进展,总结了3种检测方法在POCT应用中的优劣。分析了生物传感POCT技术与设备在传染病病原体检测中面临的问题,指出了传染病病原体生物传感POCT技术与设备未来应向低成本、高通量、高准确性、高灵敏度及便携性等方面发展。
The recent advances of optical,electrochemical and magnetic biosensors for point-of-care testing(POCT)of infectious disease pathogens were reviewed first.Then the advantages and disadvantages of three POCT methods were analyzed,and the problems of biosensor-based POCT technology and devices for pathogen detection were discussed.Finally,it's pointed out biosensor-based POCT technology and devices in the future tended to be low-cost,high-throughput,high-accuracy,high-sensitivity and high-portability.
