摘要
目前国内建筑业劳动力成本不断提高,传统施工方式普遍存在质量通病,针对这些问题,发展以标准化设计为基础,工厂化生产、装配式施工、信息化管理为特点的装配式内装势在必行。该文从装修设计阶段入手,着重研究部品的标准化设计和多样化设计,同时研究了标准化设计中的模数协调,为内装工业化的实现提出理论和方法。
In view of the problems brought about by the rising labor costs and the common quality problems in traditional construction methods in construction industry,it is imperative to develop prefabricated interior decoration based on standardized design,industrialized production,prefabricated construction,and information management.Starting from the decoration design stage,this paper focused on the standardized design and diversified design of parts,and meanwhile studied the modular coordination in the standardized design,and proposed theories and methods for the realization of interior industrialization.
