摘要
相比于BIM技术在新建项目工程设计、施工阶段的广泛应用,BIM技术在既有建筑改造和运维方面的应用还比较少。该文对既有建筑信息采集需求和特点进行分析,对如何建立既有建筑BIM模型并应用于既有建筑运行维护和管理进行了探讨。
Compared with the widespread application of BIM technology in the engineering design and construction phases of new projects,BIM technology is hardly applied in the renovation and operation and maintenance of existing buildings.This paper analyzed the needs and characteristics of the existing build-ing information collection,and discussed how to establish the BIM model for existing buildings and apply it to the existing building operation,maintenance and management.
